Only full service managers need . Three or more years of restaurant management experience with tenure. Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities High Volume of at least 3 Million a year in sales Must have bar experience Excellent communication and people skills The ability to hire, develop and motivate hourly associates You must be able to demonstrate the ability to create and communicate a vision. Hold yourself accountable to personal standards of conduct and professionalism. Flexible in approach, can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes.
