Summary:
As Preview Event Coordinator, this position will be responsible for the planning and preparation coordination for the recruitment and scheduling events overseen by the Office of Admission.
This coordination will involve scheduling, planning, and implementing the efforts of multiple areas and personnel on campus as well as serving as the point person with the Office of Admission for approximately 13 events annually.
Related Admission Office responsibilities will also be assigned, relative to experience.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Shares in supervision of student employees.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Universitys policies and applicable laws.
Participates in responsibilities that include interviewing, hiring, and training a student worker; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; resolving problems.
