Summary:

The person hired for the position of Manufacturing Production Supervisor will be responsible for the Brownwood Maker coating process.
In this focus factory, various products are coated on six makers.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
:
Supervises a production department consisting of up to 40 hourly employees.
:
Applies working knowledge and interpretation of corporate and plant policies and procedures.
Handles shift administrative activities such as time reporting, attendance control, vacation planning, overtime, etc.
:
Communicates daily production objectives and new operating procedures.
:
Fosters positive employee relations through daily floor time.
Basic
Qualifications:
:
High School diploma/GED or higher from an accredited school :
Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience Preferred
Qualifications:
:
Previous experience in coating technology :
Previous manufacturing, technical/quality, or plant Supervisor:
level experience :
Extensive knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma :
Excellent Organization and task management skills :
Proven track record in the supervision and management of hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment.
