Description Assume the role of a WebSphere Message Broker technical leader on projects and participate in solution design, construction, testing, and maintenance Contribute to and encourage an environment oriented to trust, open communication, transparency, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort Encourage personal technical improvement among team members Escalate issues that cannot be resolved internally within the project team Ensure that discussions and decisions lead towards closure Contribute to team development through support and collaboration with remote team members Possess good analytical and problem solving skills Participate in the design and planning of projects in conjunction with the external partners, other IT, and business users.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Business or a closely related field A general educational knowledge normally acquired through a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) Minimum 6 years experience with designing and developing integration solutions using WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker 6.
x and above Minimum 6 years experience with general SOA principals, ESB concepts, messaging, transformation engines, WS- , and data integration techniques Minimum 6 years experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JMS, and related technologies Minimum 6 years experience in J2EE application design and development Minimum 6 years experience in programming languages:
shell scripts, Java, SQL Minimum 6 years experience with various Databases (MSSQL, Oracle, DB2, Netezza) Deep understanding of designing and developing integration solutions using WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker 6.
x and above Deep understanding of general SOA principals, ESB concepts, messaging, transformation engines, WS- , and data integration techniques Deep understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JMS, and related technologies Deep understanding of J2EE application design and development Possess strong skills in Programming languages:
