Responsibilities:
Closely align with the GM and the Director of Product Management to deliver on business requirements that align to the strategy.
Convey the goal and vision to the delivery team and what the desired outcome should be.
Work with related product teams to ensure Active.

Encourage the delivery team to deliver creative, innovative, and risk-taking solutions.
Analyze the results of product and customer feedback to drive improvements through new features and processes to optimize our resources at all times and exceed your goals to achieve success Establish evaluation criteria to determine product success Conduct competitive analysis Drive the product to achieve specified revenue goals Experience and Skills Required:

years of related experience in Product Management.

years of Product Management experience in a highly-trafficked internet company.
Commerce and Marketplace skills a plus.
Knowledgable of mobile trends, both responsive and native Experience integrating social media and knowledge of current web trends.
Skilled in latest development techniques like scrum and test driven delivery Ability to assess risk, manage conflict, and demonstrate good business judgment.
Strategic thinker.
Strong technical skills/ability to communicate effectively with the delivery team and business stakeholders.
Outstanding leadership qualities; ability to motivate team.
Skilled in web analytics tools.
Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills Detail oriented with high personal standards Strong work ethic, commitment, persistence and determination Thrives off of adapting to an ever changing ennvironment Perks and Benefits Great work environment and awesome co-workers.
