Summary:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Supervises multiple production departments consisting of up to 50 hourly employees.

Applies working knowledge and interpretation of corporate and plant policies and procedures.
Handles shift administrative activities such as time reporting, attendance control, vacation planning, overtime, etc.

Communicates daily production objectives and new operating procedures.

Fosters positive employee relations through daily floor time.

Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED or higher from an accredited school :
Minimum of five (5) years manufacturing experience :
Previous Technical and / or quality and/ or plant Supervisor:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university :
Proven track record in the supervision and management of hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage an Organization to effectively deliver key operational objectives affecting EHS, quality, service, productivity, and costs.

Previous experience in coating technology :
Extensive knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma :
