Summary:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Evaluation and selection of vision inspection systems :
Installing and qualification of vision systems :
Working with Engineers, Production Operators, and Quality Technicians to define acceptable quality levels via camera inspection :
Programming of new vision systems :
Enhancing and programming of existing inspection systems :
Evaluation and selection of robotics systems :
Installation and qualification of robotic automation :
Leads and supports Lean Six Sigma Teams to improve yields, reduce costs, improve productivity and efficiency :
Integrate vision system support for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects :
Communicate at all levels of the Organization to drive positive change and improvement Basic
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in an engineering or science discipline from an accredited university :
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment Preferred
Qualifications:
:
Minimum of two (2) years of vision systems and/or robotics experience :
Electro/Mechanical background :
Software programming experience with PLC experience a plus :
Experience with automated processes :
Good communication, both verbal and written, influencing skills, and project management skills Travel:
