Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, customer satisfaction activities.
Perform basic accounting duties relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable.
Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.
Results Expected:
All administrative work is processed and documented accurately and timely.
Must communicate with other departments in a timely and accurate manner.
Customer Satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Processing of accounts payable and receivables are current.
All reports are maintained and provided as required.
All administrative tasks are completed as assigned.
Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, detail oriented and the ability to multitask, basic computer skills, answer multi line phone system, excellent verbal and written communication.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
