We're looking for a Service Writer to help grow and support the all markets.
Job description &
Responsibilities:
Fast pace - balancing customer calls - scheduling - follow up with customers re- scheduling - feedback from mechanics - data entry and WO review and closing.
Managing activity for 3 local and remote locations - working logistics to ensure quickest response for customer while ensuring efficient use of our valuable resource - mechanics time.

Skills Knowledge of Forklift/Heavy Equipment Parts Strong phone presence Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Compensation Salary Experience with Heavy equipment or forklifts a plus but not required - will impact pay.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
