As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotels, welcoming guests and assisting with their needs.
We are currently hiring for a split night audit and 3-11 position.
Responsibilities:
Guest Check-In and Check-Out:
Greet guests, check them in, and provide a friendly departure experience by processing check-outs efficiently.
Reservation Management:
Assist guests with room reservations, inquiries, and changes while ensuring accuracy and following the company's policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests, providing information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Payment Handling:
Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures.
Phone and Email Communications:
Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, assisting guests with reservations and inquiries.
Guest Support:
Be available to help with guest needs, resolve issues, and provide assistance as required to ensure guest satisfaction.
Safety and Security:
Follow safety and security protocols, including monitoring the entry and exit of guests, ensuring the security of guests' personal information, and responding to emergency situations.
Shift Reports:
Prepare shift reports, document activities, and relay important information to other staff members.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with colleagues and support team members in providing a high level of service and efficiently managing daily hotel operations.
Requirements:
