As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll be a vital part of ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable and pleasant stay.
Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning:
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and suites following established standards.
This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
Linen and Towel Care:
Ensure the proper care, storage, and replacement of linens and towels to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards.
Inventory Management:
Keep track of cleaning supplies and toiletries inventory, report when items are running low, and assist in restocking.
Quality Control:
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure they meet the company's quality standards before they are made available to guests.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with the housekeeping team and other hotel staff to provide outstanding service and support daily hotel operations.
Requirements:
