Title of Position IT Support Representative Department Information Technology Hours per Week 10-25 Job Qualifications Qualified applicants will have proficiency in the use of personal computers and software applications, knowledge of technology systems and functions such as networks and printing, and be skilled in customer service.
Position Description/ Job Duties Employees support the operation of Information Technology services through incident resolution and request fulfillment in the Support Center, Audio/Visual, Client Support, Hardware Support, and Network Services.
Preferred Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm.
