JOB ROLE
Summary:
This position is responsible for installing access control systems, video surveillance and other electro-mechanical products at commercial businesses.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Leading teams on Large complex installation projects with limited supervision.
Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits.
Installing and Maintain equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.
Programming and Installation of head end equipment for Access Control and security systems.
Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.
Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory Performing Take off project drawings.
Design assist and feedback Documenting daily reports and project progress.
Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management Create and manage Project schedule.
Forecast and Manage Project Labor Hours Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Subordinates Guide and Mentor Technicians MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to lift up to 80lbs.
Ability to work in various weather elements.
Ability to use various hand tools Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
