The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of how to leverage and navigate the tools, technologies, and processes that are implemented within their team.
From there, the QAA would be expected to start testing within development sprints and/or projects.
Contributing to testing a development sprint entails writing test cases, and writing documentation to accompany the corresponding ticket.
In addition to testing, the QAA is expected to communicate and interact with peers and stakeholders.
These interactions are a focus of scheduled meetings; however, it is not uncommon for them to occur day-to-day within the office.
Technology is fast paced and ever changing so it is important to regularly research tools, technology, and approaches that are leveraged throughout the industry - the QAA is expected to participate in continued education.
There is also company endorsed training.
This training is typically optional, but completion of certain training is mandated throughout the organization.
This training covers a variety of topics, including, but not limited to technological security awareness, leadership, spirituality, and health.
Responsibilities:
Create and reviews test cases Conduct continuous systems tests on corporate applications Test and debug electronic forms Test new releases for regression issues and edge cases Work with Operations teams to recreate customer issues and provide repeatable way(s) for Development to reproduce the issue
Qualifications:
