We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team.
As Operations Support you will be responsible for supporting Blade Platforms LLC Logistics strategy by supporting all operational activities.
Ensuring that all Projects are proactively organized, planned, managed, and tracked, you will have excellent communications skills.
Duties:
Create, send and follow up quotes and invoicing from Job Watch Dealing with Purchase Orders Being able to multi-task and deal with changing priorities are a key part of the role.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the Company Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and to ensure compliance is fully adhered to Scheduling and monitoring Projects through Job watch ensuring all deadlines are met.
Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, resolving issues.
Inventory requirements, including stock control.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Additional tasks including but not limited to creating shipping labels, filing, answering phone calls, issuing uniform, other administration actions as required Where necessary.
Attend regular team meetings Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately - Experience with project coordination is a plus - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines We offer competitive compensation and benefits package for this full-time position.
