Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing and/or Engineering is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role is required.
Experience with high speed automation assembly equipment is preferred.
Experience working in a FDA regulated industry is preferred.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), ISO and/or other regulatory requirements preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Knowledge of Shop Floor Systems (i.

JDE, MES, etc.
) required.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Vision Systems, Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) and robotics preferred.
Knowledge of Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools and methodologies preferred.
