Senior Training and Development Specialist :
35N Specific Duties:
Perform as classroom instructor for MOS:
awarding course for 35N SIGINT analyst course.
Plan, prepare and present classroom instruction for the 35N SIGINT analyst course.
Coordinate the development and delivery of complex training modules and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
Conduct student evaluations and counseling, and properly documents both.
Maintain subject matter qualification and current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications.
Participates in special projects as required by site manager or course supervisor.
A High School Diploma and a minimum of 4 years field experience as a 98C/35N required.
Additional Requirements:
Possession of an ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance with a Special Clearance Investigation is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required.
Preferred:
Associates Degree or higher No unsolicited agency referrals please.
