Part Time Help Wanted to Assist Real Estate firm taking pictures of various houses in your area.

We want to limit travel to a 50 mile circle from your home. We are looking for staff members that want to work 1 to 2 days per week to start taking 7 pictures of homes for ongoing projects we are doing for our clients.
This is a excellent part time job for realtors, field inspectors, and appraisers.
You would be an independent contractor and must provide your own transportation. You would receive orders once or twice per week and 3 weeks per month (based upon your performance and the mix of orders we received from our clients). You would have 48 hours to complete orders and email pictures back to office. You will be paid twice per month for all completed orders from previous 2 weeks.
Compensation is $10.00 per order. You should get blocks of 5 to 15 orders at a time and should be able to complete task in 3 to 8 hours. You will need to have a camera or camera phone and access to internet and reliable transportation. Orders are released on Tuesday of every week. If a order is further away from your location, you may request additional compensation for that order.

The requirements for each order is as follows:
We need the following pictures:
1 of the street sign
1 of the address on mailbox or house if available
1 of the front of the house
1 each of each side of house (2)
1 each looking each way up and down street (street view) (2)
Answer the following questions:
Is house occupied?
Is house on slab, crawl space or basement?
Is there any visible damage? If so list and take additional pictures of the damage
Is house as nice or not as nice as other houses in neighborhood?
Is house a condominium or single family or trailer?
Any extra observation that would be unusual?
If house is not accessible because it is located in a gated community, take picture of gates.
If house is not accessible because it is located on private road or very long driveway, take pictures of road or driveway, but please try to get picture of front of house.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
